PRAY ER
Dear God, you know that I struggle with thinking I have to do more and be more and live up
to other people’s needs and expectations—even when it comes to spiritual things. But I
thank you that you didn’t ask me to perform or to be perfect but to be present—to watch you,
learn about you, and be in love with you enough to imitate you. Thank you, Jesus, for inviting
me to be a learner who helps others learn from you too. Amen.
